Acting as Developer and Builder, Saltaire transformed a lot with a run down home into 5 modern rowhouses in the Wallingford area of Seattle. Each home was thoughtfully designed to maximize space without comprising on luxury.  This includes custom spiral staircases, fully tiled bathrooms, built in appliances, custom built in closets, custom floating shelving and custom cabinetry. All built ins, cabinets, wood stair treads and floating shelves were built and designed by Urban Cabinets Company.
