Saltaire collaborated closely with the homeowners, architect, interior designers and tradesmen to create this world-class, 100-acre equestrian estate in the Snoqualmie Valley near Carnation, Washington. The home showcases exceptional finish materials, finely crafted details and an elaborate mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) system. The end result is an almost surreal but utterly timeless design that will be enjoyed by the family for generations to come.

A stellar example of what a company can do when it thinks creatively and refuses to compromise on qualit, this custom home project had a limited budget to work within. To help alleviate some of the costs, the homeowners contributed "sweat equity", working side by side with Saltaire’s team. In addition, as a nod to the former family homestead, a cherry tree that had to be removed was milled and used to fabricate interior beams, railings, and base trim. In the end, Saltaire delivered a well-detailed, exceptionally built custom home.

Over the course of several years and multiple remodels, a modest house near Seattle’s Ballard Locks was transformed into a showcase waterfront home with every amenity imaginable. Thanks to careful planning and execution, Saltaire was able to preserve existing rooms while updating or adding new spaces. The remodel was carefully phased to accommodate the homeowners’ evolving needs, as well as their budget constraints.
