A stellar example of what a company can do when it thinks creatively and refuses to compromise on quality, this custom home project had a limited budget to work within. To help alleviate some of the costs, the homeowners contributed “sweat equity,” working side by side with Saltaire’s team. In addition, as a nod to the former family homestead, a cherry tree that had to be removed was milled and used to fabricate interior beams, railings, and base trim. In the end, Saltaire delivered a well-detailed, exceptionally built custom home.
